a series of questions, can you help me answer them?

If happiness is the national currency, what kind of work would make you rich?

  1. (This is assuming that work refers to actual real life jobs)
    General population:
If you were single ----> your passions (ex.: art=artist; b-ball=coach/player; torture=specialized "information extractor"
if in a relationship -----> passions and presumably something close to your love
if in a family (father/mother) ------> passions but preferably not too far from family

*(This is all generously assuming that you aren't one of those sad slobs that want to do nothing but stare at your tube/computer all day long, amounting to nothing much in the future. If so then go ahead, make a completely new occupation named "Professional Idler". Just a fair warning though, one day that "contentedness" will run out, and at that moment you will start wondering about your life and its insignificance. When that happens your artificial "happiness currency" will drop to an all time low, making you probably the only homeless in happy land.)

    Personal:
If you want to know what I life to work as (though you'd have probably figured out by now), is a professional blog critique, cruelly shutting down random posts for my own twisted enjoyment. Does that actually make me happy? Truly and Tremendously.
That said, if you think about it, this is a rather simplistic question isn't it? It may have varied answers but probably just boils down the "Oh what I really like to do..." or "Oh since my passion is this".
